Terms and Conditions of Sale

By accessing this website and making purchases, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale, all applicable laws and regulations, and acknowledge that you are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws.

1. Order and Sale Contract

Any order placed in our shop constitutes an offer to purchase. The sales contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation email.

2. Price and Payment

All prices are stated in euros, including all taxes (VAT included). We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, provided that the applicable price will be that in effect at the time of validation of your order.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are given for informational purposes only. Any reasonable delay in the delivery of products will not give rise to damages or cancellation of the order.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with legal provisions, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalties.

5. Legal Warranty of Conformity

All products sold in our shop benefit from the legal warranty of conformity provided for in Articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code and the warranty against hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

6. Liability

Our liability cannot be engaged for any inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet network, in particular service interruption, external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.

7. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the jurisdiction of competent French courts.
